For Sam Cielakie, it all began in 2005 when a few people asked if he knew how to cook a whole hog for a big party. Well, he didn’t know how to cook a whole hog, but he was determined to learn. A friend helped him dig a four foot hole in the ground and gave it a try. The pig turned out as black as a piece of charcoal, but everyone loved it and Sweet N Sassy BBQ was born.
